With over 20 years of experience in various industries, I have developed a passion and expertise for optimizing marketing strategies and driving growth for businesses in the restaurant industry. As the founder of RestoStrategy, I help clients build predictable and profitable marketing engines that work in the long run based on data, margins, and customer behavior.
My career journey includes working as a financial planning manager for over 200 McDonald's locations, owning my own restaurant, serving as a global CMO and VP of ecommerce for a logistics company, and creating a simple model that focuses on the key drivers of marketing success. 
I am also a published author, a guest speaker, and a certified digital marketer with skills in new business development, content marketing, and email marketing. I'm on a mission to help 1000 businesses in the restaurant and ecommerce industries fix the misconceptions about marketing and grow their revenue and profitability.

Geissler Paúl Giménez - Co-Founder & COO

Hey there! My name is Geissler Paúl Giménez, but everyone just calls me Paúl. I've been working in radio for over 20 years, hosting programs on major circuits in Venezuela, and also running my marketing agency. I've worked with big names like Disney, Red Bull, Pepsi, and BlackBerry, creating campaigns and events for them.
In 2009, I got married, and in 2013 I became a dad to Paula and Rodrigo. 
In 2017, we moved to Brazil so I could support my wife in her job. It was a big change, but I went from being just a marketing-lover-radio-host to a full-time dad and househusband.
In 2022, my long-time friend Alejandro and I started BIZPLN.
We're both happy semi-workaholics and are giving it our all to make our business and yours, successes worth telling others about.
